The institute’s director has worked in refrigeration and air conditioning since 18 December 2005, bringing more than two decades of field experience into practical, workplace-focused learning.

Regular theory and practical classes
Hands-on training is conducted daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Online certificate after completion
Learners receive an online-verifiable certificate after completing the training.
Course fee installment option
Students may pay the course fee by installments according to the applicable terms.
Two-month course duration
A two-month program combining theory, lab work, workshop practice and real field training.
One year of technical guidance
Guidance is provided on how to continue developing as a more capable technician.
One year of technical support
Learners can receive direct technical assistance when they encounter problems while working.

Accommodation facilities include a bed, mattress, pillow, gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, filtered water and CCTV.

Accommodation and food may cost approximately BDT 6,000–7,000 per month depending on personal needs, or students may make their own arrangements.
Note: Accommodation and food expenses are separate from the course fee.
Industrial attachment for diploma students
Practical industrial-attachment opportunities are available for refrigeration and air-conditioning diploma students.
The institute’s Dhaka location creates substantial opportunities to experience real technical work.
The training center also has its own service workshop, where learners are taught through direct practical work.

Practical training built on long field experience
Engr. Md Jamal Hossain
The institute’s director has worked in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector since 18 December 2005, providing more than 20 years of experience.
On 1 March 2011, he established the CoolTouch and CT-Service service centers, which have continued operating successfully for more than 15 years.
He served as a trainer at the Bangladesh-German Technical Training Centre under the SEIP and ASSET projects from 2016 to 2024.

Our origin, campus, success and vision
Origin
PKTTC is a skills-development institution providing modern, practical training in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, with the objective of developing capable technicians through hands-on learning.
Campus
Located in Mirpur-2, Dhaka, the campus combines a modern lab, practical workshop and real field activities to prepare learners for technical work.
Success
More than 1,600 learners have trained with the institution, and many now work as skilled technicians in Bangladesh and Middle Eastern destinations including Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Qatar.
