3. Training conduct and safety
Learners must follow attendance rules, safety instructions, PPE requirements, equipment procedures and professional conduct toward peers and customers. Serious safety violations may lead to suspension.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued to learners who meet attendance, assessment and completion requirements. A certificate may be revoked if fraud or material misrepresentation is established.
