Admission applications may include name, date of birth, phone, email, address, photograph and supporting documents. Contact submissions include contact details, subject and message. IP addresses and technical logs may be retained temporarily for security and anti-spam purposes.
2. Purpose of use
Information is used to assess applications, contact applicants, manage batches and student records, issue certificates, answer enquiries and protect the website. It is not sold to advertisers without explicit consent or a legal requirement.
3. Security controls
Controls include CSRF protection, secure cookies, password hashing, rate limiting, upload validation, restricted administrative access and HTTPS transport security. No online system is completely risk-free, so regular updates, backups and monitoring remain necessary.
4. Data retention
Application and student records may be retained while needed for training administration, certificate verification and applicable recordkeeping. Unnecessary contact and spam records should be removed periodically.
5. Your requests
You may request correction, updating or, where applicable, deletion of your information by emailing info@pkttc.com. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity.
