AC types and component identification
Indoor and outdoor parts of window, split, cassette, ceiling and portable AC systems.
AC motors, capacitors and contactors
Testing blower and condenser motors, capacitors, relays and magnetic contactors.
AC circuits and sensors
PCBs, transformers, room and pipe sensors, fuses, buzzers and open-circuit wiring.
Installation, pump-down and charging
Base-plate and outdoor-unit setup, piping, pump-down, flushing and gas charging.
Sizing, diagrams and error codes
Room-volume calculations, tonnage and compressor sizing, 1–3 ton diagrams and error codes.

Mechanical parts of frost, defrost, no-frost and chest refrigerators.
Refrigerants and charging
R-600a, R-134a, R-22, R-410A, R-32 and R-290 with safe charging methods.

Refrigerator circuits and defrost systems
Frost, defrost and no-frost circuits, timers, heaters, bimetal controls and thermal fuses.

Diagnosis of cooling faults, electrical issues, leaks, restrictions and compressor problems.

Leak testing, flushing and vacuum
